MONDAY MANIA: 2017 Books That I Cannot Wait For!

Contrary to popular belief, this list will not contain 2017 books. It will contain books that are coming out this year that I’m super-duper excited for. (Let’s ignore the fact that I just said super-duper, yes?) 2017 is shaping up to be an incredible year for books and I know it’ll only continue to get better as the year progresses.

These are in no particular order!

Until it Fades by K.A. Tucker

It sounds just like something K.A. Tucker would write and that’s why I’m incredibly excited for it. K.A. Tucker has a way of capturing your attention and keeping you on the edge of your seat with her tragic love stories. It sounds like it’ll be full of angst and I’m ready to get my emotions all the way fucked up!

Dating You / Hating You by Christina Lauren

It seems as if the powerhouse duo that is Christina Lauren are going back to their roots and redefining the thin line that is between love and hate and how both feelings are fueled by passion. (Beautiful Bastard, anyone?) Will there ever be a Christina Lauren novel that I don’t immediately preorder? Probably not.

Always and Forever, Lara Jean by Jenny Han

I think we all went through the same emotions when we first heard that Jenny Han was releasing a third book in the TATBILB duology-turned-trilogy: shock, confusion, and finally sweet, sweet ecstasy. This series is what Young Adult is all about—first loves, first heartbreaks, and most importantly learning to trust yourself. Jenny Han is incredible and I am not worthy.

A Million Junes by Emily Henry

Who does heartbreakingly real romance with a supernatural twist better than Emily Henry? There is no one that I can think of. I’m super excited for Henry’s follow-up to The Love That Split the World, which did, in fact, split my world. I remember posting a Snapchat story of myself sobbing after finishing that book. I’m ready to do just that all over again!

Like A Memory by Abbi Glines

I haven’t finished the Rosemary Beach series yet but Abbi Glines is always an auto-buy author with her helpless-turned-strong heroines and her notorious player alpha males. The Sea Breeze series is one of my all-time favorites so the merging of the two? My mind has been BLOWN. And my body is ready.

Blackbird by Molly McAdams

Okay, so I just finished I See You by Ms. McAdams the other day and it was great and I’m so intrigued by Blackbird because it seems so damn dark, which is the complete opposite of I See You. I’m always a slut for a bad boy who finds the light in his true love. I’m already crying.

What I Need by J. Daniels

I fell in love with the Alabama Summer series as soon as I sped through the first book and I’m so ready for this next book. I mean, aren’t love triangles just dandy? I know some people get annoyed with them, but I absolutely love them. They make me feel things and that’s what I like to do best: feel things. And J. Daniels makes me feel all of the things.

Fireworks by Katie Cotugno

Katie Cotugno always blows me away with her words. She’s honest, she’s funny, and she’s romantic. Katie Cotugno will not hesitate to make you fall in love. And that’s my absolute favorite thing to do. I’ve been waiting not-so-patiently for her follow up to 99 Days and we finally get it this year!

Windfall by Jennifer E. Smith

A girl whose best friend wins the lottery? Check. Mo’ money mo’ problems? Check. Best friends who go astray having to find each other again? Check. Jennifer E. Smith is just incredible and that’s all there is to it, really.

Once and for All by Sarah Dessen

Are you really a Young Adult fan if you don’t enjoy Sarah Dessen? Yes, you are, because everyone is entitled to not enjoy an author and still be a fan of the genre, dammit!!! Even if you don’t enjoy Sarah Dessen’s novels, you know her impact on the YA genre as a whole. She’s the Queen of YA romance. And I’m so excited for Once and For All. What’s more romantic than weddings? NOTHING. NOTHING, I TELL YOU!!!! Okay, I’m done. Sorry.

Happy Reading!
Love,
The Wandereader
